      反时限过流保护在我国一些电力设备以及低压电网中逐步得到应用,但是反时限过流保护在待定参数的设置和保护配合等方面整定较为复杂。针对实际使用情况,本文补充了反时限特性曲线模型的表达。考虑到现有整定优化模型存在的缺陷,在现有计算模型的基础上,通过确定优化目标权重系数,对计算模型进行适当优化,IEEE5节点计算证明新的优化模型能减少总体保护的动作时间,缩短重要线路的保护时间,加长普通线路的保护时间,提高系统的可靠性。对于配合曲线存在交叉的情况,提出一种比较简单的处理方法,为后续研究提供计算和编程的思路。
英文摘要:
      Since inverse time overcurrent protection is more suitable for failure characteristics of the load and setting time changes with the fault current can overcome the disadvantage of fixed time overcurrent protection, inverse time overcurrent is applied in low voltage power grid gradually. But the undermined parameter setting is complex. Based on an exciting model, a new model for calculation is proposed, some examples are used to prove the model is useful. In the case of curve crossing, presents a simple approach to help computing and programming for further study.
