      近年来,智能电网涵盖了提高电网科技含量、提高电网供电可靠性、促进节能减排、促进新能源利用等各项内容,已经成为当今世界电力系统发展变革的主流方向。在此背景下,对设备状态在线监测与状态评估的发展也提出了更高的要求,作为智能电网框架中各个关键领域沟通桥梁的网络通信,其性能好坏直接影响到整个系统的可靠性、安全性。本文分析了变电设备状态监测系统存在的问题以及发展趋势,介绍了IEC 61850的发展现状和主要内容,分析比较了以太网等组网方式,分析并给出了几种实现全方位的无缝通信方案。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, smart grid covers the raise content of science and technology of power grid, improving energy utilization efficiency, improving the reliability of power supply,S promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction, and promoting new energy utilization such as content. It has become the mainstream direction of change and development in today"s world power system. In this background, the development of device status online monitoring and condition assessment are also putting forward higher request. Communication networks act as a bridge which connects all key areas in the smart grid frame. Its performance good or bad will directly affect the security and reliability of the whole system. This paper analyzes the problems and the development trend, which exist in the substation equipment condition monitoring system. That introduces the development status quo and the main content of the IEC 61850.That analyze and compare to the Ethernet network mode, Analyze and present several implement a full range of seamless communication scheme.
