      寻找可再生无污染能源,是当今社会的重中之重,太阳能作为可再生能源成为人们首选的无污染能源,而如何有效利用太阳能成为人们关注的重点。该文提出了一种三电平离网型光伏逆变器。首先将光伏阵列的输出电压经过升压斩波电路(Boost Chopper Circuit),再将升压斩波电路的输出电压作为光伏逆变器的直流母线电压,光伏逆变器的每个开关管的电压应力减少为输入电压的一半。文章详细介绍了SPWM控制策略,并且结合双闭环控制策略,提高了光伏逆变器输出电压的外特性。通过MATLAB/Simulink的仿真,在SPWM双闭环控制策略的情况下,光伏逆变器的输出电压在负载波动时基本保持不变。同时验证了光伏逆变器的优点和SPWM双闭环控制策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Looking for renewable and non-polluting energy sources is the most important thing in today"s society. Solar is the best energy, how to effectively use solar energy has become the focus of the society. This paper proposes a three-level off-grid PV inverter. First, the output voltage of the PV(photovoltaic) array across a boost chopper circuit is increased, then the increased voltage as a DC bus voltage of the PV inverter. The stress voltage of each switch is a half of the DC bus voltage in the PV inverter. The paper details the SPWM control strategy, and combined to dual-loop control strategy, the strategy improved the external characteristics of the PV inverter output voltage. By MATLAB/Simulink simulation, with the dual-loop SPWM control strategy, PV inverter output voltage essentially unchanged during load fluctuations. The results very the advantages of the PV inverter and the effectiveness of double-loop SPWM control strategy.
