      目前,国家智能电网使用的智能电能表有70%以上为内置负荷开关电能表,负荷开关作为电能表的关键元器件,对电能表的工作可靠性有着重要影响,本文对现有智能电能表的负荷开关做出综合分析,并结合现有智能电能表的实际使用环境,提出了一种基于电机式自保持继电器的内置负荷开关智能电能表的设计方案。本方案设计的智能电能表,符合国家电网的最新要求,使用200mT永久磁铁对电能表施加恒定磁场干扰时,电能表正常工作,并能够常进行拉合闸操作。
英文摘要:
      More then 70% of the smart meters are with internal load switch, which are purchased by State Grid Corporation of China nowadays. The internal load switch is the most impotent component in the smart meters, and it has important effects on the stability and reliability. This paper analyses the internal load switch and introduces a design of smart meters with the internal load switch driven by motor. This type of meters satisfies all the requirements of State Grid Corporation of China, and can work perfect under the condition of 300mT magnetic field environment.
