      借助故障树相关理论,结合电能表现场故障分析数据,本文展开了基于智能电能表的黑屏故障分析方法研究。首先,进行故障统计与电能表结构分析,将引起电能表黑屏故障的原因进行分类和初步分析;其次,逐单元定位失效原因,建立故障树模型;最后结合故障树模型,进行定性分析和定量分析,确定故障树最小割集,计算系统黑屏故障率和最小割集概率重要度,确定故障定位与分析顺序,为快速、精确定位和分析电能表黑屏故障提供建议。
英文摘要:
      Based on the field failure data of electronic energy meter, black screen fault of single phase smart meter is analyzed by the fault tree analysis method in this paper. Firstly, the causes of black screen of smart meter are grossly classified and analyzed, which after the data statistical analysis and meter structure analysis. Secondly, according to the result of involved unit faults reasons which are located individually, a fault tree model is constructed which based on the analysis and estimation about the system black screen failure. Lastly, through the fault tree qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the minimum cut-sets of each unit are obtained. And the failure rate of black screen fault and the probability importance of each the minimum cut-set can be calculated. According to those quantity values, it can prioritize these units and find the best program to remove the fault, which can give a basis for smart meter black screen faults detecting, analyzing and locating quickly and accurately.
