      判断二次电弧的自适应重合闸作为一种注重可靠性的重合闸动作方式通过测量线路熄弧特征量来进行重合闸闭锁判别。一般自适应重合闸研究是以重合闸系统判断完全正确且没有误动可能作为前提,忽略了重合闸动作在暂态过程中的误动于永久性故障下可能对系统产生的危害。由于在故障跳闸后系统暂态能量随时间呈现波动状态,依照时间轴上暂态能量分布对系统重合闸进行大冲击闭锁,可在有效采用自适应重合方法下大幅减小由于探测量波动、探测误差、设备误动等对系统暂态稳定性造成的冲击。仿真实验证明,该方法比原有方法在防误动、可靠闭锁方面有明显改善。
英文摘要:
      Adaptive reciosure by judging secondary arc is a reclosing way that focuses on reliability. It distinguishes reclosing lockout by measuring the amount of extinguished arc characteristics of line. Generally, the research of adaptive reciosure is based on unmistaken judging and act of reclosure system, ignoring the potential harm that reciosure could misact in permanent fault that affect transient stability. Beacause transient energy of system after a fault trip fluctuates with the growing time. When locking the system of reciosure that causes large impact basing on the distribution of transient energy of timeline, it can greatly reduce impact of transient stability of system that is caused by the fluctuations of detectable amounts,detection error and equipment malfunction under the effective application of adaptive reciosure methods. The results of simulation show that the method has a more significant improvement than the original method in anti misoperation and reliable latching.
