      动态电压补偿器(DVR)可治理配电网中的电压的跌落和不对称等动态电能质量问题,其输出滤波器的参数设计将影响电压跌落的补偿效果。本文对应用于中压配电网的级联H桥DVR的输出滤波器参数的设计进行了研究。通过对逆变器输出电压在电容两端和电感两端分配的情况进行分析,推导了滤波器电感和电容取值与电感两端和电容两端电压分配之间的关系,并结合低通滤波器谐振频率与DVR等效开关频率和系统工频的关系,计算得到电容和电感的取值。结合实例给出了具体的实现步骤,通过仿真计算验证了本文提出的滤波器参数设计方法的正确性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      Dynamic Voltage Compensator (DVR) can be used to handle the dynamic power quality problems in distribution network, such as voltage sags and voltage unbalance, and the parameters of the output filter will have important affect on the voltage sag compensation results. In this paper, the parameter design method of the output filter of a cascaded H-bridge based DVR applied in medium- voltage distribution grid is studied. Through the analysis of the distribution of inverter output voltage in the capacitor and inductor, and derives the relation between the value of inductance , capacitance and the voltage of inductance, capacitor, considering the relation of the low pass filter resonance frequency ,DVR equivalent switch frequency and system frequency, the calculates the value of capacitance and inductance. Combined with an examples, specific implementation steps are given, the correctness and validity of the design method of filter parameters proposed in this paper are verified by simulation.
