      电子式互感器是智能电网建设的关键设备,但由于采用了大量的光电器件,并且长期运行于高压侧或一次设备的低压侧,所受电磁环境十分复杂,易受到干扰。本文针对电子式电压互感器在浪涌测试中出现测量准确度下降的现象,对其原因进行了分析,并提出了解决方案提高其在电磁干扰下的可靠性。文中提出了针对电源输入和输出端的两种防护方案,进行了理论分析和试验验证,可以解决了电子式电压互感器在浪涌干扰下测量准确度发生变化的问题,进一步提高了电子式电压互感器在实际应用中的可靠性。
英文摘要:
      Electronic Transformers(ETs)are the most impartment equipments of the Smart Grid. But there are many optics and electronics devices used in the ETs, and usually word under the high voltage part or low voltage part of primary equipments, so the ETs are easy interfering by the complex electromagnetic environment. This article aims to improve the measurement accuracy of the Electronic Voltage Transformer (EVT) during the surge test, find out the root cause and put forward two solutions. One solution is for the output of the power and the other is for the input of the power. We have finished the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, and prove there are worked to improve the reliability of the EVT.
