As a energy service mechanism, risk assessment has become a important factor affecting the operation and promotion of Energy Management Contract(EMC).This paper analyzd the risk sources of EMC project firstly，then established a risk index system and mathematical models to analyze an example, proposed a practical method for risk assessment of EMC.
