Field operation form is guidance of field operation and controls the operation of blindness and randomness. In order to alleviate burdens on the field employees, this paper develops an electric energy metering field operations information system based on the effective application of paper operation form. The highlights of this system are field operation informationization, task processization and assets operation entry management automation. Through pilot application, this system can avoid disconnection between business process and field work, improve work efficiency and management level, and also has a very high value of popularization and application.
