      为了提高电网输送容量和电压等级的标准化,升压改造是电网企业的一项重要的技改措施。根据国家标准《GB/T 28750-2012S节能量测量和验证技术通则》关于节能量计算的基本原理,结合电网建设运行的实际情况,本文提出了一种电网升压改造节能量测量与验证的计算模型和方法,能够准确充分地体现电网升压改造所产生的节能环保效益。
英文摘要:
      Power grid boost transformation is an important technical renovation measure of power grid enterprises to improve the grid transmission capacity and standardization of voltage grade. According to the basic principles of energy savings calculation from national standard "GB / T 28750-2012 General technical rules for measurement and verification of energy savings ", combined with the actual situation of the construction and operation of power grid, this paper presents a calculation model and method of energy savings measurement and verification for power grid boost transformation that can accurately reflect the energy-saving and environmental benefits of the power grid boost transformation.
