      电动汽车充电机的性能评价是维持充电机良好的工作状态的重要环节。通过对充电机电气性能、安全性能、经济性能、环境性能及电磁兼容性能进行分析,对其相应的指标进行筛选处理,建立了一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判法的集成的电动汽车充电机性能评价体系。利用该体系对充电机进行性能评价,并量化评价结果,为判别充电机的性能状态提供依据。实例分析表明,提出的方法简洁,易操作,可以有效地评估充电机的性能状态。
英文摘要:
      With the popularity of electric vehicles, electric vehicle chargers are widely used. The evaluation of electric vehicle chargers is more and more obvious, so it is necessary to study the performance evaluation of electric vehicle chargers. By analyzing electric vehicle chargers’ Electrical and safety performance and other aspects and dealing with theirs correspondingSindexes, the performance evaluation system of electric vehicle chargers was presented. The presented system was built based on a method, so-called the integration of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The performance of electric vehicle chargers can be evaluated by using the presented system. And the quantitative evaluation results can provide the basis for determining the performance status of electric vehicle chargers. The practical operational results have shown that the proposed assessment model and method are simple and easy to operate, and that they can effectively evaluate the performance status of electric vehicle chargers and quantify results.
