      数字化变电站的结构体系、通信方式和通信内容与常规的变电站相比有很大的不同,其继电保护装置所接收的信号与传统继电保护装置也有所不同,因此,对继电保护测试仪也提出了新的要求。本文介绍了基于IEC61850标准的数字式继电保护测试仪的定义和功能,并提出了一种基于ARM Cotex-M3处理器的实现方法。测试仪利用ARM Cotex-M3处理器自带的以太网控制器实现与上位机的以太网通信,采用外扩的以太网模块来完成对测试数据的打包、发送和保护动作信号的接收。测试仪所用ARM Cotex-M3处理器具有极高的运算能力和中断响应能力,并采用实时性较高的μC/OS-II作为操作系统软件,完全能够满足测试系统对实时性的要求。
英文摘要:
      Digital substation is different with the traditional substation in structure, communication mode and communication content. The signal received by the relay protection device and protection of traditional relay device are also different, therefore, the new requirements on relay protection tester has been put out. The definition and function of optical digital relay protection tester is introduced in this paper, which follow the standard IEC61850, and an implementation method of ARM based on Cotex-M3 processor is proposed. The tester complete the Ethernet communication with the host computer, which uses Ethernet controller built-in ARM Cotex-M3 processor, also implement the test data package ,transmission and receiving of the protection signal. The test instrument based ARM Cotex-M3 processor has high operation ability and interrupt response ability, which uses the C/OS-II real-time high as the operating system software, and it can meet the test requirements of real-time systems.
