      一种适应电源频率变化的晶闸管三相全控整流桥 角控制器,以单片微处理器芯片为核心,通过算法软件处理,跟踪电源频率变化,最终以脉冲列调制双脉冲方式产生6相触发脉冲。展示了系统的基本硬件结构,着重介绍了应对电源频率变化的处理方法,分析了误差、适应电源频率的上、下限,给出了整流桥交流侧电源频率不相同情况下的输出结果。微处理器的嵌入成为系统的关键,常规工频工况下能发挥其精度、可靠性、灵活性方面的优异性能,对于一定范围的非工频、频率变化的供电系统具有实时跟踪电源周期变化、自动修正 角误差,保证整流桥触发的正确性,其意义体现在非大电网环境下,诸如未并网的柴油机发电、风电、太阳能发电、机械储能发电等孤立的交流电源场合晶闸管三相全控整流桥均能正常、可靠地工作。
