中文摘要:
      智能电网中相关数字化设备的性能校验对三相功率源的要求较高,目前常见的三相功率源只能输出单一的正弦信号,无法满足该类设备性能校验对源的多种需求。本文研制了一套基于大功率运放的高精度标准三相程控功率源,输出的三相电压电流幅值、相位、频率均独立可调,输出信号波形任意,满足智能电网中相关设备性能校验的多种需求。同时对于大功率运放耗散功率大,输出稳定度差的问题提出了一种基于多物理参数模型的过热保护,采取有效的反馈调节提高其输出稳定度和精度。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:The performance checking of the digital equipment in the smart grid need the three-phase power source with high quality. Now the common three-phase power source can output a single sinusoidal signal only. It can't satisfy these equipment’s performance checking. This paper develop a high precision standard three-phase programmable power source based on the power amplifier. The amplitude, phase and frequency of the output current and voltage can adjust independently, and it can output any waveform. These characteristics can satisfy the performance checking well. Because of the high dissipated power and poor stability of the power amplifier ,this paper proposes a overheating protection model based on several physical parameters, takes an effective output feedback control to improve its stability and accuracy.
