      电力部门现场运维人员使用手持终端与智能电能表进行红外通信时,若使用广播命令,相邻智能电能表同时会接收到手持终端发出的红外信号,并同时回送通信地址,使手持终端与智能电能表之间无法进行正常通讯。为确保通信正确,必须指定智能电能表的通信地址。为解决该问题,本文设计了一种点对点红外通讯装置。本装置包括瞄准红色激光和红外发射两部分,用广播命令实现点对点通讯,在应用中已经收到了较好的效果。

      When the power sector field operations staff for infrared communication use handheld terminals and intelligent watt-hour meter, if use broadcast command, the adjacent intelligent watt-hour meter will also receive the infrared signal from the handset, Then the handset can"t be normal communication between intelligent watt-hour meter.In order to ensure the communication right must specify the address of the intelligent watt-hour meter, but specify the address is difficult, input errors and reduce the work efficiency in practical application,.To solve this problem, this paper designs a point-to-point infrared communication device.This device consists of a target red laser and infrared emission, The broadcast command is used to implement the point-to-point communication.It has received the good effect in application.
