      为综合评价计量自动化终端质量水平,本文采用改进层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法建立计量自动化终端质量综合评价模型,模型从终端投运前质量、运行质量、维护质量三个方面构建评价指标体系。模型计算方法优化了层次分析法中判断矩阵的构造方法,将专家经验和客观数据信息价值充分结合,实现了终端全生命周期管理不同时期的横向综合评价,及时掌握各类厂商终端的运行维护情况,为营销计量、物资管理等专业部门提供科学的质量评价支撑。
英文摘要:
      For comprehensive assessing quality level of metering automation terminal, the quality comprehensive assessment model is established based on improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method in the paper. The assessment index system is established from three aspects which are terminal quality before operation, operation quality, and maintenance quality in the model. The calculation method optimize the structure of the judgment matrix method, and combine expert experience and objective data information value. Horizontal comprehensive assessment of terminal in different periods of full life cycle management is realized in the model. The maintenance of various manufacturers terminal is mastered in time. Scientific quality assessment support is provided for professional departments such as marketing, materials management, and so on.
