      基于实际工程快速准确要求和一天电气EPO全电压监测系统特点,针对实际工程过电压识别问题,利用信号时域信息和经插值FFT算法得到的频域信息,提出了一种优先判定危害较大过电压的识别策略和一种典型特征优先判定的识别策略,分别解决了一种工程实际中混合过电压误判问题和实际工程中快速识别过电压问题。研究结果表明所提策略具有一定工程实际价值,为进一步结合工程实际进行过电压诊断、识别奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      Based on the requirement of speediness and accuracy in practical engineering and Onesky company EPO full voltage monitoring system features, practical engineering overvoltage recognition problems were studied. Using time domain information and frequency domain information got from the interpolation FFT algorithm, an identification strategy prioritized more harmful overvoltage and an identification strategy prioritized typical characteristics were proposed. They solved a kind of misclassification in mixed overvoltage and quickly identifying overvoltage problem in practical engineering. The result indicated that the proposed strategy had certain practical value. Then this paper also laid a foundation for further studying in practical engineering overvoltage diagnosis and identifying.
