      针对目前电能质量监测信息呈现海量化的趋势,提出了一种适用于电能质量监测信息的智能检索系统,搭建了电能质量监测信息智能检索平台。首先介绍了智能检索系统的工作原理,提出了基于本体的电能质量监测信息智能检索模型,对智能检索模型进行了详细的介绍,然后介绍了其具体实现工作流程。根据功能需求划分,将系统分为地理导航、智能检索、污染度检索、待治理检索、状态诊断、系统管理和帮助几个子功能区,对平台的各个功能区进行了详细描述。最后对平台的硬件指标进行了详细的介绍。电能质量监测信息智能检索系统的提出,可以提供有利于电网运行的决策信息。
英文摘要:
      Based on the current power quality monitoring information sea quantitative trends, put forward an intelligent retrieval system applicable to the power quality monitoring information, and set up the power quality monitoring information intelligent retrieval platform. Firstly introduce the working principle of the intelligent retrieval system, and put forward a power quality monitoring information intelligent retrieval model based on ontology with the introduction of the intelligent retrieval model in detail. And then introduce its specific implementation work process. According to the functional requirements, system can be divided into geographical navigation, intelligent retrieval, pollution retrieval, searching for governance, state diagnosis, system management and help several functional areas, and each functional area of the platform were described in detail. Finally, the hardware platform index has carried on detailed introduction. Power quality monitoring of intelligent information retrieval system is put forward, and can provide decision-making information for the operation of the grid.
