      科学合理的电能质量评估对于电价改革有着重要意义。本文提出了一种基于数据包络分析的电能质量综合评估方法。将各单项指标的实测值与电能质量国家标准的偏差作为投入指标,电能质量评估等级做为产出指标,利用数据包络分析对决策单元进行效率评估,将待评估决策单元效率值与标准决策单元效率值进行比较分析,得到待评价决策单元的评估等级。运用数据包络分析方法避免了电能质量评估中各指标权重选取对于电能质量评估的影响。通过算例验证,证明该方法能够客观的反应监测点电能质量状况。
英文摘要:
      Reasonable power quality assessment is of great singnificance in reformation of electricity price. Based on data envelopment analysis evaluation method is proposed for comprehensive assessment of the power quality. The indicators deviation of the measured data with the power quality national standard as input index, The assessment grade of power quality as output indicators.By using the data envelopment analysis method to evaluate efficiency of the decision making units , through analyze the unit efficiently between standard unit, get the assessment grade of decision making units.Using data envelopment analysis method to avoid the drawbacks influence of weight selection on the power quality evaluation.By a numerical example, this method can objectively reaction monitoring power quality status.
