      随着数字化电能表正越来越广泛用于智能变电站电能计量系统,研究一套完备的校准规范变得日趋重要,国内外已先后研究出一些针对数字化电能表检验的方法。本文针对数字化电能表校准项目和误差成因进行分析,并在此基础上重点对基于数字化功率源和标准数字化电能表法检验技术和实现方案进行讨论。结合国标《GB/T 17215.303-2013交流电测量设备特殊要求第3部分:数字化电能表》中要求数字化电能表能够记录采样数据输入异常工况,提出模拟现场合并单元网络异常工况下进行数字化电能表事件记录及计量准确度检验的方法,可弥补数字化电能表实验室检验和现场检验准确度有差异的不足。
英文摘要:
      With Digital input electricity meters is more and more widely used in electric energy metering system of smart substation, it’s so important to establish a set of complete calibration system. Because of this , lots of calibration method of digital input electricity meters have been developed at home and abroad.This paper analyse the calibration items and error causes of digital input electricity meters, the detection method and design scheme based on digital output power source and standard digital input electricity meters is emphasisly discussed.According to the China Standard, “GB/T 17215.303-2013 Electricity metering equipment (a.c.)-Particular requirements-Part 3: Digital input electricity meters” ,which required that digital input electricity meters can record the abnormal working condition of the input sampled value. This paper put forward a detection method to calibrate the event record and meter accuracy of digital input electricity meters,which based on simulate a network abnormalities condition of merging unit . This solution is useful to cut down the difference between the laboratory test and field test accuracy.
