      有效遏制窃电行为具有重大意义,但目前缺乏可靠实用的防窃电手段。在介绍窃电危害性、窃电方式和目前防治窃电技术措施的基础上,提出了一种基于无线通信技术的防窃电实时监控系统,介绍了系统结构、工作原理及优势,最后举例说明了具体应用。该系统能够准确、实时地检测出窃电行为,且运行稳定可靠。
英文摘要:
      Preventing to steal electricity effectively is significant for power supply bureau. So far various measures of anti-stealing electricity are deficient. The paper analyzes the harm and ways of electric larceny at present, puts forward a power-theft-preventing monitoring system based on wireless communication technology, and discusses the system architecture, principle, and advantages, and illustrates it’s application finally. The system can inspect behavior of electric larceny in real time, and run over a long period of time steadily.
