      在微弱信号的检测中有两大难点:一是检测电路精度低,无法实现对交流小信号的识别,二是信号处理电路难以将小信号从庞大的噪声流中分离出来。本文介绍的基于跨阻放大的检测电路可以实现1fF/ms的检测精度,且应用AD835的相敏解调电路及后续的低通滤波电路可以很好的将有用信号从噪声流中分离出来,克服了上述难点,实现了对微弱信号的提取。
英文摘要:
      There are two challenges in the detection of micro capacitance: firstly, the precision of measuring circuit is low, which couldn’t recognize weak AC signal; secondly, the signal processing circuit couldn’t separate the weak signal from huge noise flow. A measuring circuit based on the transimpedance amplifier is introduced in the paper, whose accuracy is 1fF/ms. The phase-sensitive demodulating circuit based on AD835 is applied in the circuit, which can part the useful signal from noise flow combined with a low-pass filter. The methods mentioned in this paper overcome the difficulties and accomplish the extraction of weak signal.
