      输电线行波故障定位的技术关键在于提高捕捉故障行波波头信号到达时间的精确度以及行波波速度的确定。小波变换(Wavelet Transform,WT)是目前主要采用的波头识别算法,而希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT)作为分析非平稳和非线性信号一种新而强大的分析工具值得深入研究,本文提出了基于三端测距法的HHT行波测距方法。采用Simulink建立输电线路仿真模型,通过用haar、db4小波和HHT分析对比,故障测距的结果表明HHT能更有效地提高故障定位精度,且克服了小波变换需要选择小波基函数和分解尺度的缺点。
英文摘要:
      The key technology of the traveling wave fault location of transmission line is to capture the fault traveling wave signal arrival time more accuracy and determine the traveling wave velocity. The Wavelet Transform (Wavelet Transform, WT) is the traditional algorithm adopted to the identify the wave head, and the Hilbert - Huang Transform (Hilbert-Huang Transform, HHT) as a new and powerful analysis tool is worth further researching, which is used for the analysis of non-stationary and nonlinear signal. Basing on the theory of three-ended traveling wave fault location, the transmission line simulation model of the simulink is established in the paper,by means of Haar, db4 wavelet and HHT analysis, the fault location results show that HHT can effectively improve the precision of fault location, overcoming the shortcomings that the wavelet transform need to choose the wavelet function and the decomposition scales.
