      输电铁塔防盗对于电网安全运行具有重大意义。本文基于QT开发平台设计了一款用于输电铁塔视频监控的终端软件系统。系统自动接收由终端通过3G网络发送过来的图像数据,经H.264解码,然后输出显示图像信息。本文提出一种双重去块滤波算法,修复由于块效应造成的视觉缺陷。系统的实现过程以及核心的代码可重塑性高,代码通过较小的修改并在不同的平台编译就可以移植到不同的操作系统和平台上运行,为跨平台软件开发提供参考。解决了目前输电铁塔监控终端软件可移植性差、视频画质低等难题。
英文摘要:
      Transmission tower burglary-resisting system has great significance on the safe operation of power network. In this paper, a terminal software system based on the QT development platform is designed for video monitoring which is used in the power transmission tower. The system automatically receives the image data transmitted by 3G network, it uses H.264 decoding technology, and then outputs image information. This paper presents a double block filter algorithm, which can repair visual defects caused by block effect. Implementation process of the system and core code can be reshaped. With minor modification and compilation in different platform, code can be ported to different operating systems and platforms and it can provide reference for cross platform software development. This paper solves the current problems in the power transmission tower monitoring terminal software such as poor portability, low video quality and so on.
