基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助项目(61074019);南京工程学院引进人才科研启动基金(YKJ201215) 随着传统能源的逐渐消耗与环境污染的加剧,在追求低碳社会的今天,可再生能源进入了人们的视野,其中太阳能作为可再生能源的一种重要形式[1-2],正越来越受到世界各国的重视。目前人们对太阳能发电的利用按照形式主要分三种:并网光伏发电系统、独立光伏发电系统和混合型光伏发电系统[3]。光伏发电并网系统一般分为光伏电站、含光伏电源的微网发电和分布式光伏发电三种并网结构类型。含光伏电源的微网发电并网系统目前尚处于实验室阶段,但光伏电站并网和分布式光伏发电并网已经得到了较广泛应用,根据发电容量的不同,前者经过中高压线路接入配电网,后者通过中低压线路接入配电网[4]。分布式光伏发电并网有着投资省,可靠性高,发电方式灵活等优点,其与大电网相结合能够降低能耗,有效提高系统安全性,因此,大规模分布式光伏电源对配电网电压质量的影响已成为当前重点研究的课题之一。

      分布式光伏发电接入配电网会对其潮流分布产生多方面的影响。本文分析了分布式光伏电源接入配电网的控制原理,建立了分布式光伏电源接入配网典型低压配电线路的模型。对于同一输电线路,先从理论上分析了分布式光伏接入对配电网网络负荷各点电压的影响,然后在Matlab/Simulink环境下验证了理论的正确性,并详细研究了分布式光伏电源以不同容量接入和在不同位置接入对配电网的影响,最后针对分布式光伏电源接入配电网带来的电能质量问题给出了解决措施和对策。
英文摘要:
      Distributed PVs integrated in distribution network have various impact on its flow distribution. This paper analyzes the control principles of distributed PVs integrated in distribution network and establishes the model of typical low-voltage distribution lines with PVs integrated. For the same transmission line, we theoretically analysis the impact on load voltage of each point with PVs integrated in distribution network, then verify the correctness of the theory based on Matlab/Simulink and study the impact on distribution network with different outputs and different locations of PVs detailedly,finally give the measures and countermeasures of power quality PVs integrated bring.
