      大规模风电接入电网后,风速的间歇性和随机性使风电出力具有一定的不确定性,对传统确定性系统的安全经济运行产生严重影响。针对风力发电的不确定性对电网调度运行的影响,本文基于区间规划理论,提出风电动态成本这一概念,并建立计及风电动态成本的电力系统区间经济调度模型。该模型中引入决策变量求解模型的区间优化解,一定程度上反映系统运行风险和经济效益, 并为调度人员安全评估提供支持。最后采用IEEE30节点系统进行仿真验证,算例结果表明该模型与方法的实用性和有效性。
英文摘要:
      Power injection becomes stochastic due to large-scale wind power integration into power system, which has a serious impact on the safe and economic operation of traditional power system. The uncertainty of wind power has a significant impact on power system economic dispatch. To deal with this issue, based on interval number theory, the concept of dynamic cost of wind power and the optimization model of power system interval economic dispatch incorporating dynamic wind power cost are proposed. Decision variable is introduced to achieve the interval optimization, the value of which can reflect the operation risk and economic benefit of power system and provide decision support for system operators to a certain extent. An IEEE 30 bus test system is adopted to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the model and method.
