      随着国家电网公司用电信息采集系统“全采集”建设目标的推进,对采集成功率的要求越来越高。影响用电信息采集系统采集成功率的因素很多,但近年来由于电能表RS485通信接口设计不合理造成采集失败的现象呈上升趋势,因此保证RS485接口设计方案的合理性及可靠性至关重要。文章对目前智能电能表RS485通信接口设计方案进行了分析和总结,给出了各种方案的设计原理,结合现场实际使用情况,对方案的优缺点进行了综合评述,从RS485芯片本身、数据接收灵敏度、带载能力、通信可靠性等多方面对485接口设计提出了建议及解决方案。
英文摘要:
      The demand of acquisition success is higher and higher with the progress of the goal of construction of all acquisition. There are many factors which can affect the acquisition success, but in recent years the acquisition failure phenomenon is on the rise because of the unreasonable design of RS485 interface which design are analyzed and summarized. The design principle of various schemes are given, and the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme are conducted. Suggestions and solutions are put forward from RS485 chip itself , data receiving sensitivity, on load capacity, communication reliability 485 interface design.
