      图像测量技术作为一种新兴的高性能测量技术,近年来在测量领域中占据越来越重要的地位。它具有非接触,精度高,速度快等优点,如今已广泛被用在几何尺寸测量领域。文中提出了一种基于局部区域灰度的亚像素边缘检测算法,并将其应用到电缆护套材料的厚度图像测量系统中,实现了精确快速的测量。
英文摘要:
      Image measurement technique has been a new high-performance measurement technology in recent years, it occupies an increasingly important position in the measurement field. It has been widely used in geometry measurement field because of its advantage of non-contact, high accuracy, high speed. The paper proposed a sub-pixel edge detection algorithm based on local area gray-scale. Then apply it to the cable sheath material thickness measurement and achieved a precise and fast measurement system.
