      为分析Rogowski线圈大批量制造时的一致性特性,本文推导了方形截面Rogowski线圈的电气参数与结构参数的关系,并分析了主要电气参数对线圈输出特性的影响,基于成品线圈的端口参数测量,提出了一种基于端口参数的校正系数来提高大批量线圈的一致性。试验结果表明,采用该方法校正的Rogowski线圈具有较好的一致性,可与积分器随机匹配使用。该方法能有效提高大批量制造Rogowski线圈的一致性,降低了线圈加工过程中的精度要求,具有一定的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to analyze the uniformity of Rogowski coils, the relationships between the electrical parameters and structure parameters are obtained, and the effects of the electrical parameters on the output characteristics are analyzed. A correction coefficient based on the measured port parameters from the Rogowski coil is established to improve the consistency. The experimental result shows that the correction method can improve the the consistency and interchangeability effectively. The method has the importance academic value and the project application value.
