      现有输变电设备在线监测装置孤立运行、通信协议不统一,监测的数据无法共享,导致无法为电力设备状态检修以及其他电力业务提供决策建议。为了满足智能电网对全景信息的监测和共享需求,本文提出多层面、多维度输变电设备综合运维自动化系统,给出了系统的总体架构和硬件架构,对系统各层次功能以及系统接口进行了详细的分析说明,并给出了运行实例,为各级电网公司运维自动化系统的建设提供了有益的参考。
英文摘要:
      The existing On-line monitoring devices of power transmission and transformation equipment run in isolation, do not have a unified communication protocol, and cannot share the data. That means decision-making can’t be provided to Condition Based Maintenance and other power business. In order to monitor and share the panoramic information of smart power grids, this paper put forward multi-level and multi-dimensional 0perations automation system of power transmission and transformation equipment. This work has given the framework and hardware architecture of the system. Then the function and interface of the system has been stated in detail with an instance. With the completion of operations automation system, Power Grid Company can have a reference on operations automation system.
