      针对多功能电能表电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度(EFT/B)试验产生的问题,通过对瞬变脉冲群产生的机理及其特点分析,提出基于软硬件技术的电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰综合抑制方法,应用纵向扼流圈、优化电源滤波器等方式改进电源回路抗干扰能力;通过降低元器件寄生电容,增加专用隔离芯片,优化PCB板布局等措施来提高输入输出端和通讯端的抗干扰能力;同时应用递推式防脉冲平均值数字滤波法,来增强其软件部分稳定性和容错能力。实验结果表明,采取综合抑制措施后,多功能电能表电快速瞬变脉冲群抗干扰能力得到显著提高。

      Aiming at the multi-function energy meter electrical transient bursts immunity test problems, By analyzing the mechanism of transient pulse and its characteristics, put forward a method of EFT/B interference suppression based on hardware and software improvement. By using longitudinal chokes, optimizing the power filter design to inhibit the the power supply circuit anti-interference ability. Reduce components parasitic capacitance, increase dedicated isolation chip, optimize PCB layout to improve input and output terminals and communications hardware anti-interference capability. Meanwhile, proposed anti-pulse average of recursive digital filter algorithms, to enhance its stability and fault tolerance capability. The experimental results show that, after comprehensive suppression measures adopted, multi-function energy meter fast transient burst immunity capacity has been significantly improved.
