      智能电能表批量上线之前如何评价其可靠性是一项重要的研究课题。阐述了产品典型失效特征以及当前用于考核电能表的可靠性特征指标的不足之处。从电能表的环境剖面和任务剖面入手,探讨分析了当前的验收检验项目,以及电能表的主要缺陷和敏感应力。提出了一种电能表的可靠性评价建议方案,实际评价案例结果表明该方案具有一定的评价效果,也为可靠性量化评价作了铺垫。
英文摘要:
      How to assess the reliability of the smart electricity energy meters before batch installation has become an important issue. Typical failure features and the shortage of the reliability characteristic index used by electricity energy meters were expatiated. Starting from the environment plane and task plane, the check and test items, main defects and sensitive stresses were discussed and analyzed. A recommended reliability assessment scheme for electricity energy meter was put forward. The results of an actual assessment case proved the effectiveness of the scheme, which put a road for quantized reliability assessment.
