      当光伏发电系统所连电网发生短路故障时,光伏电源的故障电流会发生暂态突变,但由于逆变器控制电路的保护作用,短路电流的幅值较小,因而传统的保护方法对光伏并网发电系统不一定适用。为寻求适合光伏并网发电系统的保护方法,建立了基于PSCAD/EMTDC的光伏并网发电系统仿真模型,对其短路电流的特性进行了仿真分析,利用希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)对故障电流的波形进行分解,提出一种基于HHT的光伏并网发电系统保护方法,并进行了算例分析。结果表明,在含有光伏发电的电网发生短路故障时,该保护方法具有一定的有效性和可行性。
英文摘要:
      When the grid connected PV(photovoltaic) power system supply faults occurred, the fault current of PV power happens transient, due to the protective effect of inverter control circuit, fault current is low, as the traditional detection methods don’t satisfy the requirements of grid connected PV generation. In order to seek protection for grid connected PV power system, the simulation model was set up based on PSCAD/EMTDC,the characteristics of the short-circuit current are analyzed, and Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT) was proposed to decompose the fault waveform of current, which found the instantaneous frequency of the fault current is change when single-phase to groud fault occurs, with this the protection scheme of grid connected PV system based on HHT is proposed. The effective and feasible of this protection scheme is verified.
