      随着智能电网的推广建设,智能电能表得到了大面积的应用。对供电企业而言,电能表就是电能量结算的标准,但与传统电能表不同,智能电能表含有大量的电子元器件,易受强电磁干扰的影响。而全性能检测中,不能完全建立现场运行及人为原因带来的高强度电磁干扰环境,故个别单位及个人采取高压电击器干扰表计,造成CPU 及芯片损坏,导致电能表失效,电量流失,且这种窃电现象不易被发现,严重影响了供用电秩序及安全。故论文从干扰源、电磁场等多个方面对高压电击器的窃电机理进行分析,提出了智能表防窃电措施,改进后的智能表能够有效防范高压电击窃电。
英文摘要:
      Smart meters have been used widespread with the construction of smart grid.The Energy meters are the basis of electricity trading and settlement for power supplier. But unlike tradition meters, smart meters are sensitive to the effects of strong electromagnetic interference because there are many electronic components. Strong electromagnetic environments are not fully established in performance testing. So the high voltage shock device is used for electricity theft which has a strong impact on power supply and safety. Electricity theft mechanism of high voltage shock device is analyzed from some aspects and the improved measures was proposed. The improved smart meter can efficiently solve the issue of electricity theft.
