      This paper describes the bus-coupler attribute meaning of typical bus connection forms, the bus-coupler dead-zone fault of double busbar and the segment dead-zone fault of 4-section busbar were analyzed respectively. The dead-zone fault solution and differences of device action in different operation modes were discussed,Gived the test method and result judgment basis for action. With dynamic model test verification,to meet the requirement of safe and stable operation of the power system.
