      不同类型的负荷和分布式电源出力在不同季节不同时段表现出明显差异,即时序特性。本文基于负荷和分布式电源的时序特性,采取负荷峰谷划分时段理论,将一年进行四季五时段的划分,结合负荷峰谷分时电价,以配电网网损费用最小为目标函数,确立了对分布式电源的选址定容。最后以IEEE33节点的配电网为算例,采用遗传算法进行优化,验证了所提方法的合理性及可行性。
英文摘要:
      Different types of loads and distributed generations’ output show significant differences in different seasons and periods, namely timing characteristics. Based on timing characteristics of loads and distributed generations, this article takes the loads of peak valley division theory to divide a year for four seasons five periods. Combined with the time of use price, the cost of network loss is taken as objective function to establish optimal site selection of distributed generations. Finally, IEEE33node distribution network is used as example, and genetic algorithm is used to optimize ,verifying the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
