      外界谐波电流会造成对各谐波源用户谐波责任分摊的判别不准。为准确评估受关注谐波源分摊的谐波责任,本文提出了一种基于采样数据的谐波电流责任评估方法。首先采用诺顿等效电路原理,将系统和用户都等效为谐波阻抗和电流源的并联。然后应用公共连接点的实时采样的电压电流数据,将用户的谐波电流贡献从上级系统的谐波贡献中解耦。最后以某3谐波源用户系统为例,建立了仿真模型,结果表明所提方法可很好地评估多谐波源用户间的谐波电流责任,提高了谐波电流责任分摊的精确性。
英文摘要:
      External harmonic currents will cause each harmonic source of harmonic responsibility proration inaccurate.For the purpose of accurately assessing harmonic responsibility of the harmonic source of concern,the method based on sample datas of assessing harmonic current responsibility is proposed.At first, using Norton equivalent circuit schematic, the system and the customer is equivalent harmonic impedance and current sources in parallel.Then the harmonic current contributions og customer though the harmonic Norton’s equivalent circuit model of the system constructed on the basis of the Real-time sampling of voltage and current data. A simulationl model with three harmonic sources is established Results indicate that,the proposed method apportions well the harmonic current responsibility among multiple users,with improved accuracy.
