      本文储能系统功率优化分配以一阶惯性滤波系统为基础,介绍了滤波系数的确定方法,首先提出了基于频谱分析的混合储能系统功率分配方法,根据频谱分析结果,确定波动功率在蓄电池与超级电容之间的分配;在频谱分析的基础上,本文进一步提出了基于SOC状态反馈的混合储能系统功率优化分配方法,并采用模糊控制,根据储能系统荷电状态SOC的值实时调整系统的滤波时间参数,从而实现超级电容-蓄电池储能系统的长期有效运行。最后,本文在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建微电网仿真模型,并设计仿真方案,通过仿真验证本文所提混合储能系统功率优化分配策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Energy storage system has an important significance for reliable and stable operation of micro-grids. Considering the lack of single form of energy storage, ultra-capacitor-battery hybrid energy storage system is used in this paper. Strategies of power distribution of energy storage system are based on first order inertial filter system, and methods to determine the filter coefficients are introduced. Firstly, a method based on Spectrum Analysis is proposed to distribute the fluctuated power between the battery and ultra-capacitor. Next, a power distribution strategy of hybrid energy storage system based on SOC feedback is proposed. And fuzzy control method is adopted to adjust system parameters in real time according to the state of charge of the storage system, achieving long term operation of hybrid energy storage system. Finally, the models are built in PSCAD / EMTDC to verify the effectiveness of the power distribution strategies through simulation according to the designed projects.
