      在电网公司智能电能表应用和用电信息采集系统建设取得了成效的基础上,进一步挖掘智能电能表的支撑能力,实现智能电能表与用户直接交互用电信息,用户与电网的实时互动,满足电力用户日益增长的互动化需求。笔者通过对双向交互内容、现有智能电能表的改造、通讯组网方式、智能用电信息系统的扩展几方面进行探讨,提出了一种依托现有用采系统构建双向交互系统的建设方案。
