      为了在生产过程中准确、便捷地测量电工钢片的动态磁特性,根据磁感应强度和磁场强度测量原理,文章设计制作了符合国家标准的单片试样,通过实验调试,选取合适的数据采集和信号处理设备,使用LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器软件平台搭建了基于单片试样法的电工钢片智能化动态磁特性测量系统,并为后续加入谐波分析等扩展功能设置了LabWindows/CVI软件平台与Matlab软件的接口。通过对采集信号、磁特性曲线以及测量系统K值标定的分析,判定测量系统稳定性、有效性,为研制其他试样及静态磁特性测量系统工作提供了理论指导和实际经验。
英文摘要:
      Single sheet sample is manufactured according to related national standards for measuring material dynamic magnetic properties conveniently and rapidly. A intelligent measurement system is built in LabWindows/CVI platform based on the technology of virtual instrument after theoretical analysis of magnetic field strength and magnetic flux density. And the acquisition and processing equipments are selected via experimental debugging. In addition, the software interface is set between LabWindows/CVI and Matlab for updating the system and increasing functions later such as harmonic analysis. Finally, the analysis of acquired signals,measurement results and K-value calibration demonstrates availability and stability of the system that provides theoretical guidance and practical experience for measuring other sheet samples and static magnetic properties.
