      以公共信息模型(CIM)的输电线路模型和地理信息系统(GIS)技术为基础,将三维模型、虚拟现实及电网信息集成相结合,对CIM模型进行了拓展定义,提出基于资产类模型和空间信息模型的输电线路三维可视化平台的基本架构;并针对电网空间坐标信息在三维平台中坐标转换精度偏低的问题,提出一种基于遗传算法的坐标转换方法,从而可在三维GIS场景中准确定位杆塔以线路的位置和方向。实验验证了所提方法的有效性和正确性。
英文摘要:
      Combined with the three dimensional model, virtual reality and network information, the CIM model is extend and defined on the basis of CIM transmission line model and the GIS technology. At the same time, the basic framework of 3D visualization platform of transmission line based on asset data model and spatial information model is proposed. Moreover, a method of coordinate transformation based on genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of low accuracy of coordinate conversion in three-dimensional information grid platform. Accordingly, it is convenient for locating the position and direction of the tower and lines accurately. The validity and the correctness of the proposed method are verified through the experiment.
