      在灼热丝试验中,对火焰的实时准确监测是整个试验的关键。为了解决以往灼热丝火焰高度和火焰持续时间测量方法测量误差过大的问题,本文提出了一种基于多项数字图像处理技术的灼热丝火焰测量系统,并应用matlab软件的仿真结果证明了此系统对于火焰高度测量具有高可靠性和准确度,且采用STM32F407型单片机上完成了测量系统实现。最后用一次实际灼热丝实验的火焰监测结果验证了本文设计系统的有效性和测量准确性。
英文摘要:
      In the glow wire test, the real-time and accurate monitoring of the flame is the key to the test. In order to reduce the measurement error method of the height and duration of hot wire, this paper presents a new the hot wire measurement system based on a number of digital image processing technology, and combines with the system design principle and MATLAB simulation results to show that this system has high reliability and accuracy, and implement the measurement system using the STM32F407 microcontroller. Finally, using a practical monitoring results of flame burning experiments verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the measurement system is designed in this paper.
