英文摘要:
      The mathematical model of dynamic excitation signal and the calculation method of dynamic error are analyzed in this paper. A kind of dynamic error testing device for electric energy meter based on ASK control is designed and developed, through which the testing system is established for dynamic error test. The measurement uncertainty in the process of the dynamic error testing is analyzed comprehensively, under which the uncertainty of measurement results were evaluated.
