      提出了一种电动汽车驱动与充电一体化系统的拓扑结构,该一体化拓扑在牵引模式下等效于一个DC/DC双向变换器和三相3H桥逆变器,PMSM开绕组。为提高电机驱动系统的高可靠性,在分析开绕组PMSM数学模型的基础上,本文从具有故障容错功能的控制策略方面入手针对三相3H桥逆变器进行了研究,分析了三相3H桥逆变器的故障类型,并针对故障相开路的两相2H桥逆变器提出了一种两相滞环PWM调制策略。实验结果表明,驱动与充电一体化系统在牵引模式下,如果三相3H桥逆变器发生故障,通过逆变器的拓扑重构,能够实现PMSM系统的良好运行性能。
英文摘要:
      An integrated topology of electric vehicle (EV) traction system and battery charging system is proposed. The integrated traction mode topology is equivalent to a DC/DC converter and a three phase 3H bridge inverter with open-end windings of PMSM. In order to improve the high reliability of the motor drive system, on the basis of analyzing PMSM mathematical model, the control strategy with fault tolerant capabilities for the three phase 3H bridge inverter is studied in this paper, the three phase 3H bridge inverter’s fault type is introduced. A kind of two phase hysteresis PWM control strategy is also introduced for open arm fault of the two phase 2H bridge inverter. Experimental results show that, in traction mode of the integrated topology, if the three phase 3H bridge inverter fails, a good operating performance of PMSM system can be achieved by the reconstruction of the inverter topology.
