      IEC61850作为智能变电站通信应用的最广泛标准,满足了其对实时性和可靠性的高度要求,然而并未对通信协议的具体实现方法作出定义,从而造成了映射过程的多样化和非标准性。本文针对常规制造报文规范(MMS)存在的问题,以及通信模型服务器/客户端(C/S)的高耦合性,提出了将应用于分布式通信系统中的数据分发服务(DDS)替代MMS作为变电站应用层具体协议的新观点。DDS采用以数据为中心的发布/订阅(P/S)通信模型,克服了C/S的紧耦合性问题;P/S模型还提供了服务质量策略(QoS)的支持,提高了通信灵活性。同时DDS定义了全局数据空间,为系统提供了一种简单、直观的方式传输数据,进一步满足了系统对实时性的要求。
英文摘要:
      As theSmost widely used standard of intelligentSsubstationSScommunication,IEC61850 satisfies the quite high requirement in real-time and reliable communications,but does not defineStheSspecific communicationSprotocol,which causes difficulties such as variation of mapping and non-standardization. Based on the existing problems of MMS and highScouplingSmodel of client/server communicationSissues,this paper proposes a new view, which is data distributions service applied in the distributed communication system to replace MMSSas applicationSlayerSprotocol.SDDSSadopts data-centerSpublish-subscribeScommunications model, and overcomes theSproblems about height coupling modelSbetween serverSandSclient; P/S modelSalso provides the support of QoS and improves the flexibility of communication. As well,DDS defines Global data space, provides aSsimple and intuitiveSwayStoStransferSdata,and furtherStoSmeet theSrequirementsSofSreal-timeSsystems.
