      快速电压变动的准确测量一直是电能质量现象检测的难点问题。本文首先介绍了关于快速电压变动的不同定义与典型限值;基于实验测试波形和实际现场采样数据,对比分析了IEC 61000-4-30:2015推荐新方法和IEC 61000-3-3:2013中传统方法的测量结果。测结果表明,新方法相比于传统方法,更适用于复杂情况下的快速电压变动的测量。
英文摘要:
      A new and precise method for rapid voltage changes (RVC) detection and analysis is introduced by IEC 61000-4-30: 2015. In this paper, the definitions and international regulations on RVCs are reviewed. The results of RVCs using the traditional measuring methods based on IEC 61000-3-3: 2013 and the recommended method in the new IEC 61000-4-30 are compared. The new method is more suitable for the measurement of RVCs in engineering practices.
