      电动汽车应用越来越广泛,针对电动汽车中大功率DC/DC变换器的要求,本文提出了一种三电平软开关正反激直直变换电路拓扑,不仅拓宽了变换器输入电压范围,而且增大了变换器的变换功率。另外,随着高科技的发展,高频化要求不断增加,从而使电路对开关器件的性能要求也逐渐的提高。为了提高开关器件的响应性能,减小开关器件的损耗,本文提出的电路拓扑中通过增加一个软开关辅助电路,从而能在较宽的负载范围内实现了开关管的零电压开断,有效地减小开关管的损耗,提高了DC/DC变换器的变换效率,则缩小了电动汽车的成本。
英文摘要:
      Electric Vehicle is being used more widely. Aiming at the demands of the high- power DC/DC convertor for fuel cell electric vehicle. In this paper, a novel three-level forward-flyback DC/DC converter is proposed for wide input voltage range and high transform power. With the development of high-tech, the performances of the switching devices are also gradually improved because of the high frequency. Zero-voltage-switching performance of the lagging-legs at a wide load range condition can be provided because of the soft-switching auxiliary circuit. Switching losses, transformation efficiency and the costs of Electric Vehicle are greatly improved.
