      针对除颤分析仪的校准问题,研制除颤能量发生器,为社会大众健康医疗、安全医疗提供计量技术支撑。研究基于IGBT的常规单相指数波的除颤能量发生器控制电路,提出了基于IGBT的除颤能量控制电路系统,构建了整个系统的总体框架;设计系统硬件电路,包括线性稳压电源设计、自举方法的栅极驱动设计、Multisim电路仿真;通过STM32输出一定占空比的PWM信号,控制IGBT导通与中断;结果表明,电路控制系统正常工作,稳定可靠,输出单相衰减指数波,放电时间数据准确。最后对设计的IGBT控制系统进行重复性实验,验证系统释放单相波能量的精度,达到了校准分析仪的要求。为进一步准确研究除颤能量发生器全桥逆变电路和设计高精度的脉冲分流分压器进行能量数据采集提供基础。
英文摘要:
      To solve the problem of calibrating defibrillation analyzer, development of defibrillation energy generator, Provide measurement technology support for the public health, safety and health care. Based on IGBT, study the conventional single-phase wave index of the defibrillator energy generator circuit, put forward the defibrillation energy control circuit system, constructed the overall framework of the whole system; Design system hardware circuit, including design the linear regulator, the self - lifting method of the gate drive design, Multisim circuit simulation; Through the STM32 program to output a certain duty cycle of the PWM signal, control IGBT and interrupt; The results show that the circuit control system works stably and reliably, output the single phase decay exponential wave, and the discharge time data is accurate. Meet the requirements of the calibration analyzer. Finally, do repetitive experiments for the design of IGBT control system, verification the accuracy of the single phase wave energy. Provides a new idea for further study defibrillator s full bridge inverter circuit Energy and designed high precision pulse divider data acquisition.
