      The paper Analyzed the international standard “Static meters for reactive energy at fundamental frequency(classes 0.5S, 1S and 1)”, IEC62054-24, formally issued by IEC, and comparing the measured results between the conventional meters and Static meters for reactive energy at fundamental frequency according to the test items the Standard recommended. Through the analysis of the test results, draw a conclusion on reactive energy at fundamental frequency Improving Effect on reactive power compensation.
